Returns and Exchanges

While we hope you love your purchases, if the item does not meet your expectations, here are the details for returns or exchanges.

Return & Refunds Policy:

We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a store credit or exchange for items purchased at AQUAMORADA.COM. Below more details of each:

 Exchanges:

  • You may exchange items via mail with no shipping charge. If exchanging for an item of lesser value, any remaining balance will be refunded to the original form of payment.
  • We offer exchanges on all items not on sale/discounted, within a 30 day time period.
  • Only one change is made per order.
  • Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted. 

Returns:

  • You may return items via mail for a full store credit.
  • Return shipping is at customer expense.
  • Merchandise must be unworn, unaltered, unwashed and have all original hangtags, tickets,
    tags and/or labels attached. Items must be in their original packaging. 
  • We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the store credit was approved or not. If approved, you’ll receive an email with the store credit within 3-5 business days. If more than 5 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return and you have not received the store credit, please contact us at info@aquamorada.com.
  • Pre-order returns will be honored for store credit within the 14 day returns policy.
  • Sale or discounted items cannot be returned and are non-refundable. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
  • This will be redeemable online only, will be valid for a specific duration which can be up to 12 months, an automatically expire passed the time frame.

Damages/ Related Issues:

Aqua Morada is known for its very high quality manufacture standards. Upon receiving your order, we kindly ask you to inspect the items promptly. Should you find any defects, damages, or receive an incorrect item, please reach out to us immediately. We're committed to addressing your concerns and resolving any issues promptly.

Furthermore, if you happen to notice any nonconformity or defects in the items you've purchased, you may exchange them for a brand new product within 30 days from the date of receipt. Simply contact us at info@aquamorada.com with your order number, and we'll guide you through the exchange process.

Please note that certain pieces may exhibit slight imperfections in texture and color variation due to the nature of the materials used. It's important to strictly adhere to the washing instructions
provided. We are not responsible for the improper use of the garment.
